OUR CATERING MENU
Our set catering package starts at $35 per person everyone gets the same portion,
with large servings of sliced black Angus beef brisket, pulled pork, Mac & cheese, slaw, pickles, sauce, pasta salad
Vegetarian & Vegan option also available to replace meats in the catering package
Minimum number of 50people required to book for these packages.
Catering package includes cardboard serving trays/cutlery etc.
Staffing incurs at an extra cost
TRAYS FOR SMALLER SITTINGS
For smaller events, our most popular catering options are trays
of smoked meats at $80 per 1kg. 1kg feeds roughly 6 people.

Beef Brisket sliced $80/kg - Pulled or sliced pork $80/kg
Whole smoked chicken $25 each - Smoked Pork belly $70/kg
Pork Ribs racks $50 full rack - Lamb shoulder whole or pulled $80/kg

Bookings below $1000 need to be paid in full to confirm your booking.
50% deposit required on all bookings above a $1100 to confirm your booking.
No bookings are locked in without a deposit & confirmation from us
(( STAFFING YOUR BOOKING & OTHER FEES ))
Staffing $50per hour per staff member, minimum 2 hours is required
BBQ Smoker hire fees depending on how many hours apply
BBQ Spit rotisseries & utensils + hardwood hire if needed fees apply
Travel cost fees depending on location apply
Delivery fees depending on your location apply
(( CANCELLATIONS ))
Cancellations less than 4 months from service date incur a fee of 70% of the deposit paid
Cancellations more than 4 months from service date incur a 50% deposit fee
Date changes more than a month out from date of service incur a $250 fee
Date changes less than a month from service date incur a $500 fee
(( PRIVATE EVENT’S BOOKINGS Only ))
Are not confirmed until booking fees are received If you would like to hire our food truck to be on site for your event, fees start at a minimum of $500 depending on factors such location, numbers of guests attending etc. In addition, there is also a minimum spend of $1000 that we require to cover the costs of food and staffing. If sales fail to meet the minimum spend you will be required to make up the shortfall.
